   Noo not again. Booked a wacker plate online for £30.79p but they charged me £35. Told me delivery and pickup £12.50 each way but they charged me £15 each way . I paid £150 deposit and I got £73 back . I supposed get £96 . So jewson not worthy. Hire somewhere else .

   Nice easy tip. Warning though if your tipping first thing Don not go there until 0730 as there is no parking. Park on the A23 30 mins out.

   Went to pick up an online order, given my slip and told to collect from the warehouse, then told by warehouse wasn't in stock and they had checked yesterday (but hadn't informed me). Went back to the office to get a refund, no apology and no explanation of why online said it was in stock and warehouse did not have it. Poor customer service.

   Turned up, told the staff what I wanted, paid and got sign posted where to collect it from in the car, given a slip and had staff load into boot of car.. Really friendly helpful team here which was nice for first time customer. Would recommend.
