   We are a regular customer's to Alsfords Brighton an spent a lot of money at the branch, as builder's we found out that Richard who works in the yard as we know as a good friend an has been replaced for no reason, he has always gone out his way to provide an excellent customer service from all the builder's that we know so we will not be using this branch again poor management.

   First time I've ever used Alsford timber. They was recommend by jewson because of the type of wood I wanted. First impressions count. Fantastic customer service couldn't do enough to help me. And the sales persons keen eye of detail was amazing. Now I know they stock the timber I use all the time I'll be returning as a regular customer. Very well recommended as the place to go for timber.

   Customer service was good at first. The first guy I spoke to was very helpful. But when I got my items delivered, I noticed one of the timbers had a crack on it. Went there the next day to be told by manager "that is the nature of the material (wood) and there's nothing we can do about it". Which means, at Alsford Timber, either we are 'lucky' the wood we order from them doesn't come with any fault or we are unlucky and ended up having to pay for the same material somewhere else!
