Left a review before but had to just say again that the team at the Southwick branch are superb! Not only did they source some tiles quickly for me, they also packed them safely in my car for me. Top marks to them!

Excellent tiles and customer service. Great tips on tile placement today at the Hove store (Old Shoreham Rd Superstore). I started using Topps after buying 4 boxes of tiles from B&Q of which only 3 tiles were unflawed! Got refund obvs and cycled across to Newhaven Topps instead! Topps tiles are all perfect, such great quality and gorgeous modern selection of designs Delivery is rather expensive, so try to get from your local store
Excellent service from all the staff, especially Stuart who ensured my order was delivered according to schedule including checking in with me on the day. The store was a great place to browse tiles and get ideas initially, before returning to purchase. Staff are knowledgeable and happy to help with selecting grout, adhesive etc. I was happy with the quality and my bathrooms ended up looking fab. They also accept returns of full boxes which was useful.
Tops tiles were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help with our project. A particular thank you to Pete who was excelent.

Spent time choosing and pricing all the tiles we needed and stupidly just said 'yes' when asked if we needed grout / adhesive . They sneaked several bags into the final bill @£40 each. Only found out later when we needed another bag that it was readily available off the shelf at B&Q (and every other DIY outlet) for exactly half that. Not impressed.
Shocking customer service. Assistant couldn't be bothered to look up from his highlighting when asking me what I wanted. Tiles needed to be ordered and would take a couple of days. They were completely indifferent to what i was there for. Rude! Carried on with his highlighting and I walked away...
