   Awful service. A mistake by SF with a collection and no effort whatsoever to rectify the problem. I was only giving them a try as Toolstation didn't have an item in stock. Back to toolstation I go.

   Bought door handles and half of them got broken after less than a year of normal use. Hideous design, why would you sell this at all? Now I have to pay the carpenter to change them and Screwfix refused to refund because it’s 2 weeks more that a year since I bought them. Despite I’ve been using them broken for several months now as was very busy.

   If there is one thing I hate in life it is DIY but it costs so much to hire a professional person there is no alternative. If only my wife would stop reading home improvement magazines I would ger more hours out on my motorbike. So given this I often find myself having to order what I require from yourselves. After all you sell quality items at competitive prices.Once ordered I then have to collect them from your Eastbourne branch and I have only had good experiences when doing so. Before Covid , in Covid and after Covid your staff have been nothing but professional, friendly & courteous and makes what I have to do a little bit more enjoyable. You have a great team at this branch & they are all an asset to your business. Please ensure maintain or improve both their salaries & terms & conditions on a yearly basis in these economically tough times.

   Just spent over 10 minutes in the shop, watching the only member of staff serving, having a good laugh with a customer. When that was finished, he went to speak to a colleague on click and collect duty to sort out some orders. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged. Fortunately Wickes over the road had the items I needed. As a tradesman, will not be going back.

   Outstanding customer service - highly recommended! Absolutely fantastic service from two guys who were so patient and gave me excellent advice re DeWalt products and even gave me a mini tutorial. So refreshing to receive non patronising advice as a female asking for tool and & DIY advice. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.
