Coffee Quest's Cremona Espresso beans are the nicest, best-performing beans I have come across. They deliver consistent flavour and, critically for me, crema when producing espresso shots. I have used and enjoyed them for many years - yet sadly, they are no longer available in 250g packs, only 1kg packages. As a 'domestic' customer I can't get through that quantity and have the beans maintain the freshness necessary and I have been forced to seek out an alternative - hence my four, not five out of five rating. Nothing has yet come close and my quest (ha!) continues. But if you're looking for a brilliant, consistent espresso bean, look no further. Coffee Quest was always a good company to deal with, too. Such a shame!
