   Sorry lucky star but food was absolutely disgusting grilled sirloin steak was Unable edible to eat it was like shoe leather salt and pepper chips no flavour what so ever mixed vegetables Thai red curry was like water make matter worse it took for ever to be delivered I ring u up at 4.50 on Monday then ring u back up at 5.42 to see where the food was it didn't turn up till half 6 we shall not be returning at all

   Placed an order with Lucky Star for delivery placed the order at 17-10pm they told us it Would take around 35 minutes delivery still hadn't arrived by 18-00pm rang them back asked about order and delivery still hadn't been cooked so won't be ordering from these again for there mistake I rate lucky star 1*

   I'm sorry to write this, my experience with your meal has not been fantastic. I have observed that anytime I ordered food on a Wednesday, the food is not fresh, it doesn't taste fresh. The rice is muchy and the prawn taste muchy in the mouth and stale, Like its been in the fridge for days. My overall experience with you is absolutely distasteful. I don't think I'll be buying from you again.

   Pork hard no flavour,curry looked like canal water could not even try it. spent loads here no more gone down hill it's a shame used to be really nice,last 3 orders disappointed.

   Last time we used this take away it was lovely good potion sizes nice cooked food but todays order was not good at all the portion sizes have cut right down and the chips were Rock hard! On the menu it said order over £25 get a free bottle of pop and prawn crackers we got no pop and the smallest bag of prawn crackers! Looks like prices have gone up which is fair enough but the portion sizes and standard of food have dropped! Such a shame as we used to think this was the nicest Chinese. Looks like we will have to look elsewhere in future.

   Another beaufitul meal. Been Celiac the meal was prepared well and to my requirements. 3 other meals with the same order were also beautuful. All arrived hot and quickly. The delivery gentleman was lovely. Thank uoi for a lovely meal.

   Wrong food and rude service - Ordered vegetarian dishes for £40, but they delivered meat dishes and when we tried to call them the lady on the phone completely refused to accept the fault and was very rude and arrogant. We decided to take the wrong order back to their take away and she didn't even return the money back. Never ever order from Lucky star, Crewe.
