Terrible service. I bought a new car battery. The Stop Start didn't work. Halfords kindly agreed to exchange it for an original citroen battery which my garage recommended. Unfortunately the second battery that Halfords supplied was 19 months old at the point of sale. My garage advised me that it was too old so I asked Halfords to either exchange or refund. They flatly refused unless the battery was faulty. I'm very unhappy at being sold a 19 month old battery as a new one. Please see the attached photo to see the final outcome after I asked for help from Halfords Customer Support.

After suffering a slow puncture on a long journey home & being denied help from ATS I was delighted to find a helpful company who fitted a new tyre & they even had a waiting room. I was able to continue my journey home an hour later.
Tyler done a great job on my Mercedes. Two new tyres fitted in under 20 minutes! Mark was brilliant too. If you need new tyres this is the best place in Norwich.
Great place to have all your tyre repairs and replacements done. The staff were super professional and helpful, even recommending the appropriate tyres for me, and changed my order to the correct set. One thing I found a bit tricky was getting into the premises. There are two entrances; through Dereham road immediately at the roundabout and through Guardian road just before the roundabout. I would highly recommend using the entrance from Guardian road as it is easier to get into, but the one immediately at the roundabout on Dereham road is really tricky as it’s literally at the roundabout.
Got my wheels balanced here. Looks like a bit of a dump but the kit is state of the art and the guy who did the job was extremely careful. Proper use of a torque wrench with no air guns in sight! Very rare to see it being done right!!
