   Car had been playing up, needed a service as well as a couple of other bits looking at. Great service, honest and gave some additional advice where I needed to take car to get part needed as he couldn't get the part locally. To my mind you can't beat honest service, and was money well spent.Now my garage of choice.

   I called up as my car had started making an odd sound and they said I could drive it round that day. They diagnosed the problem literally as I pulled in to the garage and fixed it straight away. As a young woman who's not very car savvy you're always aware of getting ripped off but these guys were genuine, kind, and hardworking. Highly recommend!

   As Paul's Garage has closed, I knew it would be busy. I went a month before my MOT expired to see if he had availability to do it in his garage. He gave me an appointment for 2 days before my MOT expired. I arrived at the garage on the day of the appointment, and he tells me he has no availability until the following week. I agree even though I need the car for work, and wait. He calls me, the MOT hasn't been successfull, and I go over. He shows me the result of the inspection with 4 observations. He tells me that it will cost me 290 pounds to fix the 4 observations. I agree as I need my car back after 2 weeks in the garage. He calls me the next day, and tells me that the car has passed the MOT, and that the payment will be a little less, as he didn't need to change one of the remarks. When I go to collect my car, I see that he has only corrected 2 of the 4 observations he had shown me, and that he has charged me quite a high amount for the replacement of 2 brake discs. Very unprofessional, 17 days without my car to pay more than it cost to fix it. Avoid it. Never again
