I called this morning to ask about a basic manicure with a solid regular nail polish which they said was £15 as does their website. After they completed a pretty bad job they then said it was £25. My nails are glued to my fingers with polish and it is all over my fingers. Would not go back.
I can not recommend this salon enough. As an autistic individual who’s not had her nails done before, I was nervous, had no idea what I wanted or what would be ideal for me, and they were amazing. Treated me with kindness and respect throughout.
It was chaotic and I had 3 different nail techs within one nail appointment, I was there for 2hrs and all I wanted was a French tip with flowers, I had them shorter then I wanted and the original person I had messed up the nail shape and gave me a square while I showed her an almond shape nail picture. The other nail tech came to fix it then he left for another customer and I was left with another woman who was rushing. One of my nails are hurting as one of the lady’s has cut some of my nail with the electric nail buffer, not only this but my nails french tips aren’t done exactly correctly and I have the acrylic power underneath my nails. This is very disappointing as the price was a shocking £50!!!!! Update:- Less then a week in and one of the gel on the nails have chipped- very disappointing!
Been coming here over a year now. The girls are all so lovely and attentive, especially Mimi, Ellie and Katie. Always exceed my expectations. Highly recommend.
My experience was amazing! I went to get a birthday treat and got my nails done, my friend and boyfriend came with me. My friend also got her nails done. The nail specialists were very friendly, which I felt very comfortable with. The lady doing my nails was very chatty through out. We were cracking jokes and laughing the whole time, which I never experience in the nails shops where I live. I am very pleased with my nails, they are exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back!
I had a full set of acrylics done at this place, firstly very slow service and I had two different people doing my nails. Firstly, the acrylic was way too short for my nails, when the lady was putting on the extensions there was no measuring of which fit my nails best she just stuck them on and you could still see half my nail beds- very uneven work. After, a young lady was putting the acrylic powder on my nails and when she was done the other lady came back to do the rest, but it appeared she was shouting at the younger girl, the acrylic was thick. The women was clearly not happy with the way the acrylic was done but continued on my nails, rather than offer me a discount or take them off and restart. I had many clumps of acrylic under my nail also. If the lady who was doing my nails was not happy with the way they looked I could not understand why she carried on and I still paid the full price.
First time when to this nail salon love the look so much staff very friendly well be back again high recommend
This is my second time coming to this nail salon to get acrylic nails. The customer service is absolutely amazing. I had my nails done by Eli and she was soo patient and made me feel comfortable. I absolutely love the nail design she created based on inspo I showed her. I will definitely be coming back again.
Outstanding service, my daughter requested halloween themed nail art and they did it exactly how she requested. Staff were friendly, establishment was very clean and overall, better than anywhere else we have been !! Thank you so much, you now have two regular customers!
Nails took forever to do, would start then would leave for a while without word of how long it would be. Hurt when shaping and caused cuts around fingers. While design was nice was left with polish all on fingers and hand.
