I had the most wonderful experience today when having my hair done. Not only are their talents endless, they didn’t stop once for a even a drink, they worked their selfs crazy, kept every client happy and satisfied, fed and watered! I suffer terrible with anxiety and hate being in new places, but never in 27 years have I been to a nicer, kinder or friendlier hair salon, every staff member was incredibly comforting and kind and even their clients were kind and friendly. The compliments flying around for everybody was unreal. What a wonderful, uplifting and talented place to be! Absolutely will not go anywhere else again!
I had my hair done here and I am absolutely heartbroken with the outcome, I haven’t stopped crying for days since I had it done. I went to have my hair coloured and cut. They told me the wrong time for my appointment so I was late, the woman who did my hair was clearly very angry that I was late and as a result was yanking my hair without consideration for me when I first sat down. She told me she couldn’t do what I had asked for so settled on something else then proceeded to bleach one side of my hair but then she slapped black hair dye on it (which I really didn’t want! And NOT what we agreed on) then she coloured the other side with the complete wrong colour to what I had originally asked for!! Not once did she show me the colour she was about to put on, she just started applying it. I hated it so much I started to cry whilst the apprentice was drying my hair. She has also missed sections of my hair when cutting the split ends so it’s very uneven and messy. And she did not cut it the way I asked, infact she did nothing but cut some split ends but missed huge sections when doing so. When I expressed that I didn’t like it she was extremely condescending and told me that I didn’t tell her that I didn’t want her to do what she was doing despite her not communicating with me through the process. I ended up paying £110 for hair that’s messy with a disgusting colour that isn’t blended correctly and looks horrible. I had no oleplex treatments and I wasn’t given a breakdown for the price. I’m mortified, my hair has never looked so bad. And I was treated so poorly.

Absolutely fabulous, last minute booking Gemma even called to my place of work to do a colour patch test a couple of days before . Hair and colour is beautiful thank you Gemma New . All the staff were chatty and very pleasant . Highly recommended x
