   Don't rely on opening times because u dont know when they will open they pick and choose. Say its there bread and butterr want to be there for customers yet can hardly re stock and keep up with anything.. Change thier opening hours when they like and suddenly get a post office and eveyrhting else goes out the window. Wasn't great before the post office even worst now. Hopefully things improve when they get on top of it and dont have to keep telling people to come back or write thier email address down to find thier mail they try to collect.

   Purchase from Ebay was sent to here for me to collect, as verified by seller. Went to collect and they told me they haven't got it. Have now referred this to the police as this is theft/negligence. The guy in there was very unhelpful and rude. I do not recommend using this place to collect parcels.

   Woman there purposely did as little as is humanly possible to help, when I was clearly struggling, but after two attempts, she just went back to her phone call. Beyond lazy, beyond rude. Go elsewhere. You’ll be happier to pay someone that actually cares and puts in an effort.
