They charge whatever they feel. Way overpriced. We live local, had to go back a few times and they gave us money back after we questioned them. 'Local Star' is better and more honest people. It's a shame really as we would use them more often, if they were honest and reasonable. Would rather travel out, or to go to shops I feel are wholesome. Or even use a supermarket... What a shame.

Sold me out of date food and still charged full price and didn't tell me they was out of date so now I'm out of pocket. All there drinks are copies not the real thing I highly recommend not using this shop its disgusting thilthy bank machine never working and the staff are vile towards certain customers. If I could put zero stars I would of done!

A big selection in a small place, so the items are packed and a bit difficult to find, but basically has all you need (in terms of basics) and more. Plus a decent wine collection, cheap umbrellas, gloves, etc ... Super convenient Kemptown/Hanover place.
