I ordered on deliveroo and my order came on time and everything was amazing.They were nice enough to even pack a sweet treat with my order.Will be ordering again.
I order from Deliveroo regular basis order always been spot on makes a change from most places. But the one time they didn’t have something in stock the had the decency to call me and ask what substitute I would like unlike most places who normally cancel order or send it with that item
Ordered some Coca Cola and a few groceries from Smokemart. Amazing service as always. Great friendly team, always happy to help and usually have all i need as opposed to other larger supermarkets. Always happy team can't do enough and when i got my order i had a nice little thank you note and a free lollipop such an unwanted thank you, made me smile.
I had to return a parcel to Amazon (as I might possibly have not double checked the final order was the size I chose rather than the default size on display) and got pinged a map with a 5 mile radius, and every location I could drop the package back to, free of charge. I thought I'd pick somewhere other than a post office, SmokeMart looked like an interesting colourful place. One scan of a QR Code later and my parcel was being taped into a barcoded bag? Start to finish, 45 seconds!!
Great opening times are a welcome convenience in the area. Wide selection of booze, decent crisps and snacks. The staff are always super friendly, polite and helpful. This is what an off licence should be. Top marks.

AVOID AT ANY COST!!! SCAMMERS "DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS JUST ABOUT MONEY" THATS WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THE MAN STANDING BEHIND THE DESK. I went to buy few stuff which were over the card payment limit and also wanted a lottery ticket, however the man standing there said you need to pay in cash the lottery ticket, because i am loosing money. THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT CARES MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN RETAIN CUSTOMERS!!! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! kindly return all the stuff i wanted to buy to the shelf and left across the street to other corner shop. IS A SHAMME FOR SOMEONE HAVING A STORE AND DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS!!! And i will pass to speak about it as you have replied on the comment below, SHAME ON YOU
Terrible service! I came in one evening, was polite and greeted the man behind the counter and asked the minimum spend to pay by card! I then proceeded to pay for the items I wanted to purchase, to then be harassed by the owner and an older gentleman, who came up and stood right next to me, trying to look in to my pockets to figure out if I had anything in them (as if I was stealing)...not only breaking social distancing, but being incredibly rude when I had done nothing but be polite and try and make a purchase! They had no basis of accusation and I was shocked at their unprofessional and rude behaviour! Stay clear!
