I cannot recommend WFC highly enough. Not only did they offer fast, friendly and very well priced services, but they went out of their way to get new tyres onto my car before a long drive at short notice and in a tight turnaround. They explained everything, were exceptionally patient and genuinely cared about making sure I was safe and comfortable on the road. WFC will be my go to service centre for as long as I live here. Do yourself and your car a favour and take your mechanical and servicing work to them!
Wonderful service had MOT last week and today a warning light came up rang Donna who spoke to Sean and took car straight in. Checked all tyres and put air in all 4 as warning light indicated low pressure. Light gone out and he wouldn’t let me pay for the check up. Wouldn’t find a more honest garage to care for your car.
I have used WFC for a few years now and found the whole experience great. The staff are always friendly and attentive. I have always found their prices very competitive and they would always let me know what work needed doing before they commenced. Family owned businesses are always the way forward as main dealers just rip you off. I would strongly recommend WFC for all your vehicle repairs. Staff are pleasant, receptionist was lovely and just doing her job. However, very clear the owners are just one massive cash grab. I had to pay 108 just for a diagnostics check, even though I already knew what the problem was? Even then after agreeing to have 1500 pounds worth of work done, the diagnostic fee was still not waived. I also later found out that what I was having done (DPF Clean) should only cost 300-500 pounds. After the work is done, I can't see myself using again.
Very efficient and great staff. I was in a bit of trouble with booking so late but they were happy to help and fitted me in the next day for an MOT. They kept me up to date on my car and repaired the necessary parts the next day. They then done a re-test the same day. All the advisories detailed were genuine and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I will definitely be returning if I need something done on my car.
Scammers. Approached them with one squeaky brake pad. They call to advise I should change all four tyres, all four brake pads and explain that the squeak is due to a seized calliper and so advise I need a new calliper too. Something like a £500 quote. I took the vehicle to another garage who changed the rear pads to fix the squeak and they didn’t even mention the calliper.. it was never seized. I had to pay this company for their time even though they didn’t do the work (fair enough) but when do I recieve a refund for the time you spent looking for the work that I never asked you to look at? If you ask this company to fix a window they’ll probably call you up and advise you need a new engine… Jokers.
Bought a car from here recently. Customers service is fair. Don't know to much about this place but seems ok

These people were first class. The staff were so helpful and friendly. When no other garage had time to help me, this one did. It wasn't because they weren't busy either. Highly recommended.
