Slightly disappointing, this place looks really sweet from the images online however it feels a bit tired & a bit chaotic. The “sensory/baby room” is pitch black, can’t see a thing, food wrappers on the floor, fairy lights traipsing on the floor (potential strangulation hazard?!) & then there’s the toys, a lot of them are tired & missing pieces. It just wasn’t enjoyable tbh. The menu is limited & even then, a lot missing. The food that did arrive (took a while) was just really basic quality & expensive for what it was. £3 for a small slice of a long-life supermarket cake. £6 for a basic toastie that was made with thin value bread. I mean, I’ll give 3 stars because going back to the actual purpose of this place, £7.50 for 2 young children to socialise & play for 2 hours is good value, however I think this place needs better management & investment to be at its full potential. The two young girls were ever so polite & were working hard but it’s not enough & one was wearing slippers? No bins around the place, I then took my plate to the counter & girls were sitting on the floor on their phones? I just didn’t think the atmosphere was what you’d expect at a play cafe. Shame, wish you well but sadly we won’t be returning or recommending.

This place is great for the little ones and serves a damn good coffee for the older ones! It’s such a good idea and one of a kind for this area - our youngest (just turned 4) can’t get enough!! Multiple areas for different imaginations, such as a garden area with pretend BBQ and colouring table, motorbike and tractor toy ride on’s, cafe, beauty parlour, pet shop, mini market and more!! I have never seen another like it. Absolutely amazing for young imaginations! I also like the fact they have a sensory/baby type area which is very calm, soft and with gentle lighting - away from the main area. Clean and well kept toilets with gentle hand dryers for the little ones. It feels like they thought of everything!! We will be back. Thank you to the wonderful owners!

Excellent. What a great place to take small children, and such a good price for an hour and a half. Little 'shops' like hair salon, pet shop, police station, all in miniature. Would definitely go there again. I took my two year old grandson this week and I'll be taking him again.

This place is awesome! The owner went to a lot of effort with designing this place. It is very clean and well equipped. It has a lovely cafe is great for parents. I will definitely be back! The only thing I would ask for is just for new batteries in some of the electronic toys like the hoover for example and for a new cash register toy because naturally they get broken by kids and overused, but that is all :-) Thank you for creating a lovely indoor space for our kids to play.

We’ve visited twice since it opened and both times had a very pleasant experience. It’s exactly what the town needed. Food and drinks are available. And all the toys the children could need. Clean, well organized and professional.

Went here today with my one year old - really nice place, very clean, well thought out to be safe for kids of all ages (no small parts etc). We didn't get around it all there was so much to do. We will be back.

My girls aged 3 and 1 loved it here. It's super cute and a well thought out role play centre. Polite and lovely staff. Super safe baby area. Nice toilets and baby changing. I sat and had a tea and was able to see the girls and felt comfortable that they can't escape. I also joined in with the fun and now i just wish I could have the same set up in a spare room, haha! Lastly, when we left the girls were offered little goodie bags. Anything like that I usually turn down for my youngest due to all of her allergies but, although it seems small, i was blown away that they had an dietry option for her which was vegan and nut free. We will be returning, my 3 year old says so :D
