   Clean and welcoming Busy but happy staff. Buy tickets online first for the time slot you need. The website isn't very easy to navigate on a phone and you can feel you're going around in circles but browse tickets means choose a date and time and you need to scroll right down to find the *book tickets* to get to this section. The website could definitely be made more intuitive.

   Just had my grandsons birthday party here. I cannot award any stars because of the way we were treated by the staff and management. 400 pounds for an empty room . Was told off and told to remove treats for the children while waiting for the food . Served popcorn for 5yr old party and flapjacks. One child choked on popcorn and one child choked on flapjack . Not enough food for 15 children all went home hungry . Handed the popcorn and the flapjacks back only to be laughed at by staff . Raw carrot that was not prepared properly and still had skin on and brown in colour . The dip for the carrot and cucumber was couscous and the children disliked it . We asked if there was a tablecloth only to be told “our tables are nice thank you” complained about the whole experience to the manageress and she was very rude! Won’t be coming here again . Spend your money else where .

   We had a great experience celebrating our little one's birthday. The soft play area was great for all our guests that ranged from 1yo to +6yo. It was stress-free as we got the package with lunch boxes for the kids, and they have an announcement when is the time to move from the play session to the party room. The staff was kind, helpful, and patient at all times, can't recommend enough.

   I’ve just got back from visiting Amazon Adventure with my sister and our children (8 months, 7 years and 10 years) and we were really impressed. Having not been before I understand it’s not long been renovated but there was something for all ages. It felt clean, well organised, the cafe had great (and tasty) options and staff were friendly. There’s two areas for under 3s which was perfect for my 8 month old, including the sensory room (pictured) and we liked that there was a decent outside space (also pictured) with picnic benches too. Look forward to visiting again!

   We (both kids and parents) always have a great time at Minor Mania. We also recently had our son’s 3rd birthday party here - and it was so well laid out for us, we didn’t have to worry too much and everyone who attended had a blast. Never too many kids in, just enough for everyone to have loads of fun!

   Great softplay for toddlers and kids. Not too pricey and guaranteed they will be knackered afterwards. Even had some fun myself going down the slides. Very noisy so if sensitive to noise and have sensory issues please avoid. It's a great way to entertain the kids. Cafe isn't too bad either, the chips are really good. Dont recommend the coffee though

   Kids love it! But the jump in price from under 1 (50p) to over 1 (£10) is quite drastic... A middle ground for under 3s would be reasonable. Bar that, love coming to visit!

   A really nice soft play centre which is bound to keep the kids entertained for hours. There are 4 distinct areas... one for babies (under 1), another for todlers(under 3), a large area for all other kids of which I've seen parents enjoying equally as much. Finally there is also an outdoor play area which also had a sand pit. The cafe on site has decent meals. You would need to book a timeslot online and there is ample parking outside. Will definitely be back.
