After RAC have messed around kerleys twice with engineers, kerleys came tobthe rescue. Duncan worked tirelessly in the cold and in a really tight spot to get the car loaded. Took the car to my destination and also such a lovely chap to go with it. Definately a highly skilled individual. Can't say enough good about them. Fantastic.
Recently had to transport my car using their covered transporter. The driver who carried out the work was great, and extremely helpful and friendly. The car was picked up on time without any problems at all. A big thank you to all at PJ Kerley's for assisting me. Would highly recommend PJ Kerley.
Such great service! I broke down at home and thought I be waiting ages but PJ Kerley got in touch with me right away, kept me posted by text and had me on the road within an hour. Ollie found me car right away even though it was round the corner to my address. He was so helpful and thorough and gave me great advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
So two days before Christmas our car broke down, we were let down by major national breakdown company. Ended up calling Kerleys....excellent service and the two mechanics who came out superb. Car ended up where it should be for repair. When they found out the car was still on the side of the road, they pulled out all the stops to get it recovered. My partner and sister were so impressed the two mechanics were given homemade shortbread for a big thank you....if we are in need of recovery again we know who to call.
Had to be jump started due to My car’s battery having died. Quick to help (even earlier then quoted). Highly professional and helpful, didn’t catch a name but he was great.
My car broke down for the first time a few days ago, being a younger driver I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Sarah was an absolute saviour! A sudden puncture almost ruined our day. Luckily green flag called these chaps to rescue us. Chap was outstanding. Helped find a tyre place, rang around, put us at ease, turned up early. Just great service. Hope green flag keep using them!
I didn't catch the guys name who took my call or the mechanic who came out but I cannot fault them or the service received. Its more like 10 stars not 5. I called up and received a quote within minutes and everything explained thourghly. They were out to me within 40 mins and had the issue fixed quickly. I'm so grateful for the service received and the money paid was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company and they will be the will be the first people I call if I breakdown again. Thanks again.
