   I had my nails done here with one of the men sitting middle of desk , he was so rude, when I was asking about Natural nude pink colour, he gave me the baby pink which is not what I like, he felt like pissed off The lady next to him pass him a Natural nude which Exactly what I wanted. I could done my nails at home if I knew He didn’t done cuticle around nails. such an attitude! Awful customer service!

   Used to go here every two weeks for new nails or infills. Went today to have new nails done after about four months off. Two of my tips were put on wrong, when I mentioned that two of my tips were pointing up instead of straight, I had attitude off the girl who put the tips on who I'd asked to correct them, then also off the man who was doing the gel part and shaping. As a result, he only shaped one hands nails, so the other hand has bulging nailbeds and one tip still points up. After all the money I've spent here being a regular customer for a long time, I'm sad to say, I won't be back. I understand that it was later in the day, but it costs me the same at 9am or 4pm, regardless of how busy you are.

   Appalled at the state of my acrylic nails! All different lengths, way too thick and one has started to peel off. I will never come here again or recommend this nail salon!

   Had my nails done today really happy with them , I've been going to a nail bar in Neath for years who over charge and the nail gel and nails never last I'm so glad I went here made the change!! it's clear on the wall what the charges are and I got exactly what I ask for thank you .
