   I have always come to T nails over everywhere in Swansea because their nails always look amazing! They’re very talented nail techs and I’ve never left dissatisfied with the outcome of my nails. However, unfortunately the wait times and customer service completely outweighs their services. The previous experience I sat in the shop for a total of 4 hours!! I understand there was a long wait time however it should not have taken a further 2 hours for a new set of acrylics. They often start your nails and jump to another client while you’re sat there waiting and this often happens a few times while you’re sat in the chair. Why seat 5 people if there are only 3 nail techs? You often have to repeat what you’ve come in for as different people do your nails and it is frustrating when you’ve already been sat in the chair for an hour. I often have to leave a whole day to get my nails done because I don’t know how long I will be sat in the shop. I have even tried to book in advance and had no reply. I know when people book they often have to wait past the booking slot time anyway. Today I went in to fix one nail and I waited for a total of an hour to get seated when they suggested the wait time was 40min which is understandable as they were busy but it took another half an hour to fix one nail which was also finished incorrectly! They were jumping between myself and others to finish everyone’s nails. I was told after sitting for a while that my nail was finished when it infact was not but I couldn’t afford to wait another 30mins for 2 stars on my nail to match my other hand as I had other commitments in my day. so I paid and left unsatisfied today. I will not be revisiting as I have given the benefit of the doubt repeatedly that they’re hard workers and are very busy but I can’t justify using my whole day off to get my nails done. I suggest if you want to treat yourself and get your nails done but still want to enjoy the rest of your day, not to visit T nails.

   It is the best nail extensions I’ve ever had. Thanks the boss man, he is really handsome;very kind; very patient and very steady hand to do my nails. Shop is so beautiful and beautiful people. I will be back before Xmas to see them again. ❤️❤️❤️

   Great at design and shape. Horrible at wait times!! Call me inpatient but I made an appointment for 3pm, it is now 3:51pm and they are still not ready to see me....and I am positive they seated a walk-in that came in after me as well.

   Absolutely love my nails!! Staff are so friendly and welcoming from the second you walk in. They are always very patient with me while I take my time to know exactly what I want by helping me pick the best colours and shapes, and they always exceed my expectations! The shop is massive so it’s never crowded and they have so many treatments to offer. These nails have always lasted me more than a month so they are not going anywhere, will most definitely be going here again ❤️

   Last week, I visited the salon hoping to have a relaxing session for a manicure and pedicure. However, I left really disappointed. Firstly, I noticed that the shellac on my nails had started peeling off after less than a week. This was unfortunate, especially considering how much I paid for the service. Secondly, during the session, the lady who was doing my manicure and pedicure cut my cuticles too deeply on a few of my fingers and toes, causing bleeding and discomfort for the rest of the week. Despite raising this issue to the lady, no one apologised or offered to rectify the situation. In addition to the above, I would like to highlight a concerning hygiene issue I encountered during my visit. After the lady cut my cuticles and caused them to bleed, she used a brush to clean the top of my nails. However, I noticed that the same brush had been used to brush nail dust from the table. This was highly unhygienic, and I felt uncomfortable with it. I hope that the salon can improve its services and ensure that its customers have a better experience in the future. However, I will not be returning to the salon for any further services and would never recommend it to my friends and family.

   The work was not thoroughly done and the customer service was unprofessional. -First I asked for Squoval shape nails for my wedding but they ended up wasting my time and shaping them almond, despite my request. The next day one nail broke when I went back to get it fixed I ended up with a uneven nail replacement-one nail bigger and different nail vanish even after I had told the worker that the nail was uneven. I ended up leaving with ugly nails because they just wouldn't listen or fix their mistake and that's a problem. I have been there a few times and I am never going back. I have had antagonistic looks thrown at me when I ate a sweet from the common table for guests plus their inability to communicate clearly led them to being very un-gentle with my hand. They would not clearly say how they wanted my hand to be and then start forcefully turning it from side to side. I happen to think that's disrespectful and unprofessional, especially when dealing with nails. I have also witnessed them on two occasions dealing unprofessionally and disrespectfully with other black customers when compared with others. I am almost at the point where I would believe that some of them may not like black people coming in, sitting on their chair, eating their sweets and expecting them to be courteous and gentle, but I wouldn't because perhaps they just lacked proper training. It's not all about the nails T's Nail & Spa, you must not behave in antagonistic ways towards your customers and be courteous and welcoming towards ALL customers. Please do better.

   Very disappointed with my nails . I wanted to get acrylics for myself and my sister. The service was done poorly and the end result was not good for the amount we paid and result was not what we asked for. We asked for for almond and squaoval shape and the picture is what we got . I literally got it done yesterday , way out from my cuticle and the shaping is horrible despite I asked her to reshape before the acrylic application. I would not recommend this place

   As always I'm really pleased! I've visited many times now and the service is always great. The prices are affordable and really good compared to services offered by some of the other places. Additionally the nails are beautiful and the whole process of getting a new set only takes about an hour! (Adding that the cut cuticles are my own fault when I was cutting them at home!)
