First and last time I'm coming here. Was a rushed Job, way too thick and uneven and chipped within 6 hours. Also was more expensive than i usually pay. Won't be coming back. Very disappointed.
It’s a hit or miss, last 4 times I’ve been my nails have been perfect, went couple days ago for my holiday nails but they didn’t cut/file my cuticles properly and my nails are a bit uneven so I’m a little disappointed with that. They also don’t really communicate with you and they’re all talking in their language (which I do not mind) but when they’re laughing and showing your nails it does get a bit uncomfortable, unsure if I’ll return
I went in as a walk in for Gel over my existing BIAB out of sheer desperation a week ago as I had an appointment. Within a day two nails were flaking and chipping. A week later every single one of my own nails is serrated. I’ve had to cut/ file 8 of them right down. Absolute butchers with cheap products. Never again it will take months to get my nails back to where they were. So angry for not listening to several people who told me to avoid.
Had my nails done as l am going on holiday. Like many have already mentioned, my nails were rushed and done without care. So much so the bloke not only made my nail bleed, but they are so uneven and lumpy in places two of my nails actually look misshapen and l don't have the time to get them redone before my holiday. So disappointed! I personally would never go back. A complete waste of time and money!
Worst nails I’ve EVER had. Have had acrylic nails for years. Service was super rushed and rough. The guy doing them had no care. The result was thick and misshaped nails. Should have spotted the red flag when I asked to have nails like one of the other nail tech’s and she had them done elsewhere!!! Plus it was £40! A high price for a poor result.
Fantastic service. I am always able to book an appointment at a convenient time & when I arrive I give my name and appointment time & I am seen in a timely manner. They also offer walk ins but appointments will be seen on time, so you may have to wait if you just walk in depending on how busy they are. Service is quick, staff are always happy to do the design I want. My nails last very well. I would recommend to everyone.
This place does not stick to appointments. My friend had booked an appointment walked in and there were already 2 people sitting there having their nails done and 2 people waiting. Did not stick to her appointment time. Came the next day got there 9.30am when they don’t open til 10am to make sure we would be first seen, get inside and they see someone else before us even though we were the first ones. Absolute joke- will not be going here again.
I have visited the shop twice. The first time I thought the service was slightly rushed but I was overall satisfied with my nails. The second time I went I was completely unsatisfied. 4 of my nails have gel peeling off ( I don’t use my hands a lot for work so it’s not due to work or using them for other things), I asked for infills and my nails were cut down far too short (I wasn’t even asked how short I would like them) and the service was completely rushed. I was in and out of the chair in 20 minutes which says a lot. The nail art is also very untidy. Not the cheapest of nail salons so when I’m paying £33 for infills I’d expect a little more care and time. I’d rather have 10 happy customers over 20 unhappy customers. Won’t be returning!
