   Very friendly staff in all areas (reception, work area and payments). They did a good job and left the car clean and ensured my plug in camera was relocated on the new windscreen accurately. All work was carried out within the stated two hour period. The location is Near to a pub and shops so one can pass the time or there is a local walk in a country park just down the road. Only drawback is trying to get hold of them after the initial booking. Its an automated system and irritatingly difficult to use. Make sure you book extras you want on the original call !

   I have had to use Autoglass because Admiral insurance will only deal with them. They will not come to my house to repair because 'it needs calibration'. 2 week wait...because windscreens are laminated glass! I only had it replaced 2 months ago...and a crack has appeared in drivers side corner. Another company could come out to my home next week, but because they don't deal with Admiral it would cost me the whole amount. Not impressed.

   ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC customer service. Staff couldn’t be more kind and accommodating. I brought my mums car in for a replacement windscreen and ADAS calibration, I was so impressed. The service was super fast, and he even offered me a coffee while I waited. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you

   Utterly appalling. Car booked in a month before appointment. Arrive at location to be told “we’ve got the wrong screen in”. Didn’t seem to appreciate that the Company had just wasted half a day of my life. Tried to clarify the multiple areas of terrible customer service and organisation and you just get told it you (the Client) that’s got it wrong, and they are t able to converse with you. No staff dare tell you their name, no staff dare tell you their Manager’s name and profess to not knowing who their Chief Exec is. So you have no line of redress or remedy. Staff member was arrogant, rude, patronising and seemed to think the waste of time and resource today was ‘entertaining’. Even reprimanded me for ‘taking photos of him in the car park’; I hadn’t, I’d taken a photo of the head office address on the front door so I knew where to write a complaint. Avoid this place at all costs.

   Reception was not manned, instead my wife was approached in the car park while I was standing waiting in the reception area on drop off and collection. Workmanship was a lot to be desired as I found missing clips and end covers for my front scuttle laying loose at the front of the engine bay. I have also found with the recent rain that my rain/auto light sensor no longer works where it did before windshield was replaced. Very poor workmanship by the individual that replaced my screen.

   I booked a windscreen replacement at my home for two days ahead and the whole booking process was simple and stress-free. I received a text the day before give me a time window and then a text the day of the replacement to check there would be room on either side of the car to open the doors. Dean then called me to say he would be 20 minutes (he was earlier than the given time slot, which I was very pleased about!) He was friendly, chatty and spoke to me about everything that was going to happen. A really pleasant person to deal with and the job was all done quickly and cleanly. He told me he is sadly leaving after 25 years and I think he will be a huge loss to the company. Thanks for such a great service, Dean!
