   Excellent experience from start to finish. The mechanics were very knowledgable and helpful, explaining in detail the work required and timescales involved. The receptionist was also a pleasure to speak to and exceptionally kind in providing regular updates as the work progressed. Happy to have found a trustworthy local garage and will definitely be back!

   I highly recommend The Little Car Clinic. The entire team are so friendly, it’s a pleasure to visit they always welcome you through the door. Technical problems -there is nothing it seems that phases them. They handle everything I have thrown at them with good humour. They truly care about customers. I am really picky when it comes to our cars and there is no one else I will use. I have just had a significant project undertaken by Darren on one of the cars he was brilliant. So much knowledge and passion for cars. Nothing was too much trouble. I would take a guess the car is now better than it was on days 1. Thanks to the Little Car Clinic team. Don’t mess around with the rest choose the best!

   Booked my Porsche 986 into TLC for 4 wheel alignment after major suspension work. It's very refreshing in today's world to find such professional & friendly service. From booking it in with the very friendly receptionist to the post work phone conversation with Darren who explained in detail the work which had been carried out during the alignment. The car now rides / handles how it should do once again. I highly recommend the Little Car Clinic.

   I could spend ages writing a huge essay praising these guys but I'll keep it short. I took my 17yr old mazda mx5 for a full safety check followed by repair. Darren went through everything that needed doing with me and I left the car with them for the work to be carried out. The work they carried out was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to was vary friendly and helpful, the standard of work is second to none and so is their honesty. I can't recommend the little car clinic enough. Score is a definite 11/10 Steve

   We have taken our car in over the years for various issues. They are an amazing team. Friendly and approachable. They are honest and have always looked after our car. They have fixed any problem that we have had to send our car in with. They will also try their best to limit the cost of parts where they can and they have always explained everything to us. I cannot reccommend them enough.

   Amazing garage, amazing staff. They really went out of their way, to help me out, after having a really bad experience at a previous garage, over new year. They spoke to me on several occasions, with the best honest advice over my huge car issues, and provided more than excellent customer service.    TLC is a fantastic garage. In fact, its the best garage I have used in 40 years of using garages. It's No 1 in Norfolk according to the Honest John site and I go along with that. Where to start with their attributes? Well, the highest levels of technical expertise (Darren and Dan are master technicians) with an ability to work on prestige and less complex cars. Very good pricing, absolute honesty and integrity, they are car enthusiasts but also able to help customers out who have no knowledge of cars. I have three cars they work on , and I have been with them for four years, and I absolutely trust them to to do complex and simpler work to the very highest standards. When I have had a problem they have always gone the extra mile to help me out. It's also fun talking cars with them as they know the car business backwards!
