   Ever since Greg and Gill took over the business some years ago my wife and I have found the staff to always put themselves out to help and fit you in to suit your requirements. In the early days building the business up was hard but Greg and his trusty right hand man Teddy have always been there for us. I find the service is always great and very welcoming and friendly. He is trusted by us and many others. He has since expanded the business to include his own mot centre which is in very close proximity to the main garage which also underwent an extension to cope with demand. Many thanks Greg and Gill and all the team for your continued good work and we will of course look forward to seeing you soon.

From repairs after a pot hole mishap, to complicated parts from a dealer, batteries, glow plugs, diagnostic reading... faultless service. Always well priced and with a good amount of banter too.    Place which you can trust, family owned busines, all and always welcome, MOT failure, called and gave me estimates, just had to agree, parts ordered and fitted next day, for very good price, even more surprise it was cheaper then was told before. Mechanics which you can trust, quick and quality repairs. Using this garage for long time now, they never let me down! Thanks guys to sort my car down and be able to be on the road again!

   I had a light come on in the dashboard area and stopped by Orchard Garage in Attleborough. They guy I spoke to was very pleasant and he checked the light with a unit - 30 seconds - tops! It was nothing. When I went into reception I was charged £36.00. This woman is a scam artist - don't go there or, if you have to, check the cost first and get it in writing!! I am furious, they are an absolute joke!!

   I broke down in Attleborough as my van had a flat battery. I was stuck on the one way section and so placing another vehicle nose to nose to jump start was going to be a nightmare. A local trader suggested Orchard and they came exactly when they said they would. Their machine provided a boost to the battery and I was away. As I reached for my wallet to pay it was politely declined, the gentleman wouldn't even take some cash for a beer. Great to see good old fashioned Customer Service. Many thanks.
