Delighted with the service here. Always so helpful. Keep my car going and have really gone out of their way on a few occasions when I've needed urgent assistance. They deliver a speedy and reliable service. They also do my MOT. Very happy and returning customer.
SHODDY WORK. Last year, my teenage daughter requested that her exhaust was made louder resulting in 2 visits and a final cost overall of over £300. For a ‘specialist’ company the work was appalling - the exhaust was welded on when it was on the car, so the top was not welded as it could not be reached – resulting in the exhaust ‘blowing’; the flange was also not fitted flush with the pipe; a hanger was completely missed off at the end of the exhaust, causing it to move freely - the noise the exhaust was making was horrendous and probably could have resulted in Traffic Offense Report if stopped by Police. All this was discovered at another garage so put right by them immediately as my daughter was so worried about driving it and causing damage to car. Response from Powerflow after months of backwards and forwards: a paltry apology for weld being missed (nothing about the flange or missing bracket!) and, no you will not get any money back! If you love your car, and your hard earned money, ‘steer’ clear.
This guy thought he would be clever picking up two seventeen year old children from the festival and charge them £50 for a 10 minute journey back to their hotel. How many more children has this man ripped off ? Little does he know that one of their parents works for HMRC ! Company investigation just in time for Christmas. HMRC are coming to get you !
Ladies beware! My mum has been taking her car to 1st Performance for years but the business has clearly changed hands. They damaged the indicator wire that was working before she got there then tried bullying her to stay so they could fix it that would cost he a extra £90 when she got home very up set she found out that money had been stolen from the car! Be careful everyone they use bulling tactics and are thief. Poor mum now out of pocket is she won’t go back there.
Car broke down, gave these guys a call as I couldn’t get into my normal garage for weeks, car in and sorted in a day. Great service.
Been coming here for a couple of years now, very good and back for my annual MOT again at the weekend.
Excellent service. Took my car to the garage on a Saturday. They said they would have the work done by the end of next week as well as MOT, in the end it was done by the Wednesday.
