   Bought a golf gti from here 2 months ago can’t say I’ve been too satisfied. So far I’ve spent around 2 grand on this car fixing oil and coolant issues. It’s been in the garage more than I’ve had it so far. The warranty that I spent 400 pounds on aren’t paying any of it off and after emailing ben kemp about it a week or so ago so far I haven’t heard a thing back. I wouldn’t trust this dealership at all. Little rats they are.

   I recently purchased a VW Up! from this dealership and couldn’t be more satisfied. Since I live quite far away, I asked for videos and photos of the car instead of visiting in person. Oliver, who handled everything for me, was excellent—very professional and attentive. He arranged a fresh MOT and even had the car inspected by the AA before handing it over. What impressed me most was that he personally delivered the car on a truck to my doorstep, ensuring no extra mileage was added, unlike some dealers who simply drive the car to you. Truly outstanding service—10 out of 10!

   THEY HAVE SCRATCHED MY CAR. Took the car to be repaired. When I went collect it there was a massive scratch. I requested to look at the all footage from their cameras and she said that doesn’t have time to look the all footage. Hi there. I am writing in response to your response to my review. Firstly, returning my car 45 mins after collecting it is not unreasonable because when collecting it I would not have expected it to be damaged and therefore would not have checked the whole car for damage immediately. I believe 45 mins is not unusual for anyone to realise a fault and return a car to a garage. Secondly you state in your response that I had parked my car at 1pm when in fact I arrived at 8am. Thirdly, when I asked you to show me all the footage, I was told that you do not have the time to show me the full footage and you did not offer me a suitable time/day for me to return to watch the footage. On that day you only showed me a few minutes of footage even though my car was with you for a day and a half. During the playback of the few minutes of footage you gave me, you were skipping through making it hard to observe for any problems that may have occurred to my car. I just wanted to clarify a few things here. I am taking this to court. Thanks. STAY AWAY.

   Just purchased a Discovery 3 last week. Very impressed all round . Not at all pushy , got a very sensible price on my part ex . Henry knew what he was doing , kept in contact and made the process seamless. Couple of very small issues which he responded to within 30 mins of my E mail. I would definitely recommend .
