   I have been using fairview for 5yrs. I have no complaints or issues concerning, MOTs, servicing or repairs. Reasonable prices and work done on time.

   Don’t come here. Had a mot done, for them to tell me that the price was £290 over the phone to have the car fixed so it can pass the mot. Then when I arrived a few days later to collect the car they charge me £340! And there card machine wasn’t working! What garage expects you to come with £340 cash! Bear in mind they had never told me about the card machine not working over the phone prior to me arriving there! So I had to draw out cash. Bear in mind the closest cash machine is a 40 min walk from the garage. They only let me use my car if I left my phone with them which they were extremely hesitant about. The guy from the premier shop had to convince them. I also have no idea where I am, (first time going to this garage) so how would I find my way back without my phone? The garage made me out to be a criminal, the one bloke said he’ll “come after me if I’m not back within 30 minutes”. Because there card machine wasn’t working. The only nice guy was the guy that worked on the till in the premier shop. The 2 other blokes in the garage are rude. Don’t come here. Go else where.

   Booked my car in for an MOT - gave the reg only to turn up and be told they cannot MOT it as its too heavy and too long. A complete waste of everyones time.

   This was the large Costa that we had from this outrageous garage/convenience store. It failed to fill to the top. So We pressed for another cup to fill. The man came over and was shaking finger at us but we could not understand what he was saying. We went over to pay and he said 3 coffees. We said no only 2. He then got very abrupt and would listen that we had pressed against. So we had a full cup. He started shouting at us and making us feel really uncomfortable as we refused to pay for 3 coffees. I said you need to contact Costa and tell them that the machine is faulty and that the drinks are only filling half way. The shop was very busy and he said move why I serve. This did get our backs up and we refused. We just wanted to pay. Eventually he agreed to the two but he shouted as we left the store at us. It was so embarrassing . I will be writing to Costa but this man’s attitude was out of order and disgraceful
