   What a Gem we found visiting Tarporpley. We didn’t eat but the wine was beautiful! We had Josh serve us who offered us a taster B4 we bought. My hubby went with a Nice English Sav Blanc & me with a Spanish Sav Blanc. We were so comfortable & cozy we hand a 2nd round. The service was Excellent!! Im a customer service Executive & i would want Josh on my team. Thanks we will be back!

   Came here for a pre-Christmas family celebration. Mum was a convert already and now I am too. Wide selection of beers with the cask ale in great condition! Every morsel of food that passed my lips was delicious. Particular mentions go to the short rib beef tacos and the pear sorbet. The latter was both refreshing and indulgent and served with a shot of house gin that complimemted it beautifully. I'm a visitor to these parts but can confidently say that the quality of food and drink on offer here, coupled with the excellent service and relaxed atmosphere, make this a must visit for anyone within an hour's drive.

   Another gorgeous experience. The lamb fritters were spectacular and the potato terrine - perfection. From one local restaurant manager to another; you hit everything from a warm welcome, amazing dishes and a consistent greatness, don't change a thing. Thank you again for another wonderful evening.
