   Today was my third time buying from this store. I bought a brand bag as a gift, but for the first time in my life I saw the brand bag was put in a plastic bag for a gift, they said the reason is because it from summer collection with discount. If i went to London and bought the same bag from the original store they would never give me a plastic bag. Unprofessional, unacceptable and if i could i would give them -10 stars. And they don't give you a dust bag for your bag which is very suspicious if the bag is original or not , i will never shop there again.

   Every time I go in the shop staff follow you around. Went in today and the staff member was that close I thought she was my personal assistant to help me shop!

   Worst shop in Northampton Went in here for the first time The young lad was very helpful got what we wanted put it at the till we waited in the cue whilst people were being served however when the blond lady had finished serving her customer she walk off and then started have a long convo with them I got fed up of waiting told the young lad I’m really sorry but it’s taking to long and left .to witch the blond lady just stared at us check your cctv between 4/5pm

   Poor Shop Layout, If you are A Designer Label Shopper then wouldn't you want to be able to see clearly, Moschino, Vivienne Westward, etc all of the top brands receiving a unique section within the shop with a Dedicated Knowledgeable sales professional? And Please Scaffolding Outside.. NOpe! I don't believe CHEAPMONDAY and the likes should be relevant!
