Depressing place, outside and inside. It feels stuck in time and run down. Small and dark screen, doesnβt do justice to the films screened on it. Also inside the room was way too cold. We had to keep our winter jackets on and still it felt coldβ¦ Going to cinema should be a treat, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Otherwise we will stop coming, we will only watch films at home.

Website sold me a ticket for a film that had already started Last Saturday at 11:30am I bought a ticket online for "11:10". Since 11:10am had already passed, I assumed it meant 11:10pm. Arrived at 10:55pm to find them locking the doors. "No mate, that was this morning." So your website sold me a ticket 20 minutes after the film started? Genius. Submitted a complaint. "Replies may take up to 10 days" - translation: we're hoping you'll forget. I won't. Then I get a "How did we do?" email from ODEON. The audacity. Opened it and instantly blocked from leaving feedback because I'm "on the bad list." So you're filtering reviews to show only positive ones? That's lying to the public. Gave them another chance tonight. Wish I hadn't. The building is falling apart. The screen looks like 1990s technology. Bright green fire exit signs glowing in your peripheral vision throughout the entire film. Picture quality: dull and washed out. Sound: muffled like it's coming through a wall. AM means morning. PM means evening. Sort your website out. I want my Β£10 refunded plus compensation for wasted fuel. If this review is still here after 28th December, they refused. Float this cinema into the sea and sink it. 1/10 and the old ceiling. I mean. nasty place.

The screens are way too cold! I've seen four films in a two week period, each in a different screen and each time it's like sitting outside. I've worn progressively more clothes on each visit and still I end up with a cold face, nose, hands and feet by the first hour. I had a thermal vest, top, hoodie, coat, leggings, thick tracksuit bottoms, long socks and still froze. It's so hard to pay attention to the movie and enjoy the immersion when you're cold. The seats are too hard and there's not a lot of leg room. Popcorn is always stale so I never buy it anymore. Screens are not bright, image quality is poor. Makes me want to cancel my limitless.

Great cinema with clear sound and a clean, comfortable setting. Really enjoyed the movie experience. The only downside was the popcornβit didnβt taste fresh. Other than that, everything was spot on

This cinema is situated just opposite Pier.. there are 8 screens.. the entrance has coffee shop and good sitting area.. the cinema hall is good..with adequate size screen ( neither big nor small).. the sound quality is average.. the F&B area is good with good combo offer. .dont miss their Nachos with three dips (very delicious and huge quantity).. the only department the cinema lack is cleanliness..its all mess.. there were popcorn splattered across all stairs.. rest all good..

Not the newest neither the most luxurious cinema, however very well located. Cleaningness: depends on the occasion. Everytime I go staff is very friendly and kind which it's always appreciated. Comfortable seats. Screens are not a big deal but somehow the whole place keeps the vibe of an all time cinema from 20 years ago and for some this is even the new modern.

I'm afraid we only used this venue due to being gifted some free tickets. This cinema chain isn't usually our first choice. We were a bit lost when collecting tickets as it wasn't made obvious that you just scanned the app on your phone. The floor was marked with "collection area" stickers on a particular till, yet it was closed. And I got quite a 'look' when I asked how we get them. In other cinema chains, you're able to check-in on the self-service machines in the lobby area, then show your ticket to an attendant. We found this particular building to be very clean and modern in the lobby area. But once you go and find your screen, then you see the peeling paint, lumpy flooring, and aged look of the building. The cinema screens themselves are really modern and comfortable. We had an enjoyable experience watching our chosen film, which happened to be 3hrs long. (I've yet to find a seat that's comfortable for that long).

Paid quite a lot to see the new Avatar film. The quality and size of the screen is so poor and the colours looked very desaturated compared with the trailer I'd seen on my phone/computer. The sound was also way too low and the quality of the audio itself was below par. The seats are very basic and anyone over a size 16 (which is an average UK size) should expect to feel uncomfortable. I really enjoyed the film but was massively let down by the entire cinema experience. Such a shame because it's a perfect location - I wish they'd just renovate the whole place! I recommend going to Brighton marina instead to see this masterpiece of a film.
