   Had first appointment with Becky and her dental nurse today. As I am such a wimp with this procedure, was fearing the usual gagging and pause to breathe. They were wonderful, kind, gentle, used minimum water spray, all done in half an hour. Thank you so much.

   Excellent experience every time at Bupa Dental Care Dereham. Lisa, Natasha and Kelly on reception are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I can’t fault the service and treatment from Cristina and Shannon either, they are exceptional. I would recommend the practice to anyone requiring dental care!

   Over the last few weeks I have had a tooth extracted and dentures fitted. Sheetal and Jason have been wonderful throughout as have all the staff I have met there. Sheetal explained everything to me involving the work being done and made me feel relaxed and at ease. It's not something that would have been said often, but it was a pleasure going there.    I went in for a filling, and all the staff were all really friendly. Sheetal was patient and chatty when doing the drilling, especially when I was uncomfortable. Aaron was lovely too, and gave me reassurance and a helpful dentist crocodile. Both were kind and understanding, and made my experience so much better. I knew I didn't need to be scared when the wellbeing of my teeth were in their hands.

   I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Bupa Dental Care Dereham is by far the best surgery I have ever visited. I work offshore so when I am home I like a stress free and easy life. I have a lot to fit in and don't have a lot of spare time while home but my visit here this trip was such a pleasure I feel the need to write about it.. Firstly when I stepped into the surgery I was greeted by Julie at reception who was extremely warm and welcoming. As this was my first time at this surgery I had some paperwork that needed doing to tie in with my private package with my company. She sorted all of this for me, saving me the hassle and having it all done and complete for when I had finished my treatment. I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't even have to wait to be seen and my appointment was perfectly on time which can be a huge waste of time at other practices. My dentist Cristina is an absolutely amazing dentist and her service is second to none. As I walked in she was very pleasant and made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. Her work is nothing short of excellent, she does a real thorough professional job and she gives great advice as well. Cristina is lovely and I couldn't wish to have a better dentist. I would also like to mention Aaron who was working alongside Cristina. He was also absolutely top class and gave a real professional service while being friendly and helpful during my visit. Overall I would rate Bupa Dental Care Dereham and my Dentist 11 out of 10.. Thank you so much. I look forward to my next visit. Kindest regards, Jamie.

   Being one of those who is petrified of the dentist and as such haven’t been in years. I was terrified and disheartened to hear the level of work that needed doing. However Christina and Aaron are fantastic. I could not ask for better care. Non judgmental treatment, brilliant communication and incredibly well equipped to handle my clearly misplaced fear. Do I enjoy the dentist now? No. Am I scared and nervous to even step through the door? Definitely not. Thanks again for the great work, a credit to your team.
