   Absoloutley shocking experience. I came to this store to support local and had nothing but hassle. After being let down several times, the flooring was laid and not to standard at all, chips in wood floor, wood floor lifting and moving, carpet lifting, paid extra to have floors leveled and they were more uneven after than they were to begin with (noticilably so). After being promised several times they would be back to sort the issue, they failed to show up on the agreed dates several times. This resulted in having to go to the shop and quite literally having to argue with the owner, Damien, who seemed to see nothing wrong with the job he had done. Very rude and confrontational. Thankfully the floor was eventually sorted (after 6 months of arguments). I have never had an experience like it. I would never ever recommend this place and am awfully confused by the 5 star ratings from others after the experience I had. I can see on other sites they are not all 5* and others have also had major problems with the owner of this company. (same issues as myself). All I say is, please look at the reviews on other platforms before even entertaining getting your floors laid by this guy. In reply to your response, Wow, this response just sums up exactly what dealing with you was like. I’ve only ever been a single customer, yet you’re talking as if I’ve been part of some ongoing plot to ‘sabotage’ your business. I have no idea what you’re even on about, but it’s honestly not surprising given how atrocious the whole experience was. If you genuinely can’t remember which job this was, that says a lot. It must be hard to keep track when there are so many unhappy customers and complaints to sift through. Instead of showing even an ounce of professionalism, you’ve doubled down with the same arrogance and attitude that caused issues in the first place. I’ve already stopped two people from coming to your store, and they’ve since had fantastic service elsewhere, a shame I didn’t do the same from the start. I stand by every word of my review. Your response here just proves my point better than I ever could. I can only presume it was you, Damien who wrote this review as its seeping with arrogance, How embarrassing for you.

   Damien and his team are fantastic, from choosing the type of flooring, going through pros and cons of each, attentive to what we wanted we couldn't have asked for better. But Damien went above and beyond with a perfect installation and transformed our kitchen into the best or could be. They are honest good people who will do everything they can to provide the best flooring for you. We will be using them again on our next project 100%

   What a fantastic company, every step of the way. Such a warm and friendly reception when coming into the showroom. Aless was so helpful and knowledgeable on all the products available in store. The team that fitted my flooring were brilliant. Worked so quickly and cleanly with minimal disruption. Would highly recommend.
