   Absolutely disgraceful way to treat their customers. I have been sent damaged goods. They arranged a return which was never collected and now they are ignoring my correspondence. It's no wonder they went into liquidation! I'd give zero stars if it was possible.

   Why do the staff feel it's OK to close the doors early? If you advertise as open until 6PM you should be open until 6PM. Do head office know about this? I'll be making sure that they do. Update: Same experience a second time. A lady acting as a bouncer on the front door refusing use of the cash machine even though the store should still be open!

   Easy to get to and park at during the week. Wide selection of products but didn't get everything I needed (out of stock on quite a few bits) prices are very reasonable and the staff are great. Weekend parking when I went was a nightmare but it was a bank holiday.

   Love Wilko. I can always spend money there. Some great bargains. I did think of giving 3* because of how many products are made in China! We must stop buying from them even if prices have to increase.

   Shops are changing all the time and Wilko is no acception, needed to buy a few screws and bolts so visited this store and found a Pick and Mix loose bolts screws and washers. Store was not too busy even during the Christmas rush. Store nice and clean we space enough to move around freely.
