   Very helpful staff who couldn't have been nicer. Exchanged our items and help search for replacement. Could certainly teach Hatfield Galleria staff alot! Complete opposite experience. Would never ever shop at Hatfield branch again. Management should recognise good staff and reward them.

   Theres a reason why I'm rating this a 3 star. The clothing they have is nice but the down side to it is they are all slim fit. The returns policy is very bad, if you buy a gift for someone and you take off the tag and return the item with out the tag on it makes it non returnable which I think is disgusting. Also the staff members are very rude always look moody and being very arrogant when they are explaining stuff and when they give your items and you say thank you they don't even say to you have a great day they just give you like a moody look like they don't want to be here.
