Good shop with nice clothes and a little bit off skincare and makeup good pricing but for the girl section I think there need to add more because boys have a big bit woman and men do so do girl children but tweens to teens have a tiny little section and most of the clothes are either dirty to small or kiddy

Racist staff. Selectively security safe. Clearly choose when to follow protocol and when not to. I’ve worked retail before I know. When people are collecting order on click and collect, you always verify ID and ask for security code or to show email or something. Myself and another woman got to the store 10 mins before it was to close. The cashier shouted our last names to another colleague who then brought two parcels. The woman in front of me who was collecting first was given her parcel, no questions asked. When mine was given to me( I am a black female) the woman very quickly asked for a 4 digit code. I gave it to her and left. Why wasn’t the other woman ( white lady) asked for the pin too? I felt very uncomfortable and subjected to racial discrimination. Not happy with that interaction. H&M do better
I came to this specific H&M as it was the nearest showing an item in stock. While it was not available, Violet was so helpful in trying to find the item in an overnight shipment. She was able to find an alternative colour, which was very useful. The store is large, clean, has a decent selection as well.

It's H&M - enough said surely? Staff are a bit avg (generally speaking at least) - I probably would be too though if I worked in retail, so they get a free pass.
