   Great product and buying process. Before ordering I had a query with the options which was responded to, late at night, within the hour. I was able to build the design to perfectly fit my fireplace. The order arrived much sooner than anticipated in perfect condition. We went for the natural wood gate which looks really nice and goes well with our house. Great experience all round.

   Website made deciding which extension to gate required easy, delivery was quick, question regarding packaging was answered speedily, installation was no problem, easier with 2 but could have been done alone. The one way option was perfect for top landing with opening mechanism possible for 4 year old but not younger sibling. Sturdy construction and self closing/stay open options meant everyone felt safe.

   We have a pet gate from this company which we are very happy with. However, after 3 years & much use, the locking screws wore down. I contacted the company direct & asked if I could order some spares. The staff were straight on it & couldn’t be more helpful. They communicated with me to ensure they had the correct part & I received it within a few days. The product was also reasonably priced. I’m really impressed with the service I received & would definitely recommend this company.
