Avoid this company, They are con artists and will take your money deliver faulty tools and you will never see a refund from them. I have had to open claims via my bank to now get this rectified. The returns policies and refund policies are all false. The company also trades under various company names to avoid claims. Be warned they need to be shut down!

Paid for 2-5 day delivery and it took 11 days due to "supplier not having stock" despite phoning ahead prior to ordering to ensure there was plenty of stock. We were not informed about this delay either, it was only when we chased it up that we found out. Promised items the following Wednesday after the delay, they arrived on the Friday. Refused to send out partial order of half the items so we could start work as the postage was going to cost him. When the package did arrive one of the items was missing. We needed the products in the 2-5 day window. Not acceptable service. compensation was to refund the missing item and a bit of the postage after an argument on the phone. Sometimes when it all goes wrong you need to just be fair to the customer and if you lose a couple of pounds profit then so be it. Perhaps consider an alternative supplier. I wont be using again. Not a good way to do business.
