Utterly rubbish - tried to hire a fork truck extension but it didn't turn up and they refused to answer the phone to me to even give me an ETA. Utterly rubbish - avoid at all cost.

It's a place where you can hire tools, it has paperless invoice receipt system which is good but only if staff know how to use it, delivery & collection prompt but Customer service at branch below what you would expect, unlikely I will use again as I will give my business to a local company that would appreciate it
