Not knowing much about plumbing went to city plumbing cwmdu hoping I could get some advice on what parts I needed to buy to extend my washing machine water in pipe. Thought this would be a relatively simple request from a shop of this potential calibre. But the guy who served me was totally detached and unhelpful. Ended up getting the wrong parts fir the job. Luckily I then went to the Plas marl branch every the guy was far more helpful and I eventually got the correct parts.
