“Just called into Jewsons Swansea for some timber for a couple of garden projects. We were helped by Craig who was really friendly and cheerful, advised us on what timber to use, helped us work out the measurements and then cut all the pieces to size for us - by hand! He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you Craig! We then needed to get some screws etc. from inside their shop and another member of the team led us to where we could find the items we needed and gave us advice, and again he was really helpful and approachable. The price for the items we bought was also very reasonable, much better than I'm used to paying in the big DIY shops. I highly recommend this store. I've got used to being let down by customer service and product quality so this experience really stood out as a complete exception! Thank you :)”

“I'm always both thrilled and amazed whenever I go into any branch of Wilko; thrilled because nearly every time I find not only items I usually need at very good prices, and amazed because whilst I normally go into the store to buy one or two items, it is rare for me to end up at the cashout having a basketful (or trolley load) of goods costing me less than £50! But then, and this is by far the best part, if I'd gone to most of the other (so called) High Street Stores, I know that for the items I required and bought at Wilko for my £50, I'd have paid between 50% and 75% more elsewhere for the same branded goods. One season of year I particularly enjoy visiting Wilko is the run up to Christmas, as the Company's Purchasing Departments/Buyers are very much on the ball with knowing what Consumers' would love to have dangling from, or lighting up, their trees, and even if a Customer doesn't have a tree, Wilko will have one for them, and at a great price as well! This year, besides an excellent range of decorations, their newly-introduced range of Christmassy plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, serviettes, runners, tablecloths and plastic-free crackers (all of which I bought!) means that our Guests this year (2019) should have an extra-special and enjoyable Christmas; one to remember for all the right reasons, so thank you very much indeed Wilko; you've done us very proud! (again!)”
