   What is customer service- that was100%. I was served by a youngster , gutted didn't get his name, think he may have a bit of an Irish accent but he earned 5 stars, faultless.. . I have my own company & I have great staff and he is a credit to Screwfix but in all fairness I have had really good service everytime. Just overwhelmed when youngsters really stand out. For Screwfix my customer Invoice number is A23344147950 14/10/2025.Collection Number 990. I think he deserves a pay rise. If I had a vacancy I would employ him but he seems very happy in his role. Thank you for your help today, very much appreciated for a cheap purchase as well..

   I want to commend the gentleman who served me this morning. My knowledge of DIY is non-existent, and I was hoping for some help. The gentleman who served me could not have been more considerate... He took his time to understand what I was trying to do, selected parts for me and ensured that they were correct, and then patiently explained to me the best techniques for putting the parts together and solving my problem. I am very grateful to him for the time and trouble that he took in helping me. He went the extra mile for me when he didn't have to, and I thank him for doing so.

   Great customer service. Dan at the desk saved us 10% on our order by telling us about an offer being promoted on the app. A saving we wouldn't have known about. Every penny counts.
