I had an issue with my kitchen sink, so I called in on a saturday morning to see if they had the parts that I needed. Not being a plumber I really did not have a clue. The assistant in there went above and beyond to help me out. I left with all the parts I needed and with his help I knew what I had to do. Thank you
Missed an item off my order. Hour round trip to go collect it. Pushed job back. Very blase about it and minimal apology. Not impressed.

Have purchased at the store on a number of occasions. Staff are always helpful and resourceful when looking for items. Always happy and ready to help when needed. Staff have been useful on a number of occasions with helping other customers find the materials they need too (if the customers aren’t sure with what they need)
Bought a couple of items online. Had the message to come and pick up. Arrived, was greeted cheerfully, and my purchases were ready and waiting. Handed to me within moments of my arrival. Perfect customer service!

Best customer service to date!! As a woman who knows nothing about drills it can be daunting entering a hardware store. However Paddy and Dylan were more than happy to help! They provided me with great knowledge about the products but didn't push me into getting anything I didn't want! Thank you gentlemen. P.s they weren't bad on the eyes either. Bonus!
