   What a lovely little salon! Took my nearly 2 year old boy here today for his first hair cut! Not going to lie, I was really nervous and didn’t really want it cut but my god it needed it. I was greeted by Leah straight away and she made me and my boy feel at ease very quickly. She made the effort to comfort my boy before starting to cut his hair which I really appreciated as he wasn’t too sure about it all! Even though he was a very tricky customer, Leah has done a fantastic job with his hair. Really happy with every part of the service. Will definitely be returning! Thanks so much xx

   My children had their hairs cut by Kerry and Leah and were absolutely made up with their hair. They had a complete restyle and they’re in love. The service was fantastic and the staff were welcoming, friendly and listened to what they wanted. Would highly recommend.

   I took my 9 yr old daughter to sapphire blu a few days ago for her first ear piercing, the lady that did the piercing was lovely, so calming and reassuring with my daughter. Considering we didn't have a great experience when we tried to get it done elsewhere in the city centre a couple of days earlier, It was very professional and clean and the piercer gave us all the necessary information that we needed. I would recommend.

   I asked for a cut and blow dry yesterday and I got an appointment today. Leah cut my hair and I cannot thank her and Kerry enough. I have known Kerry since she was a toddler and her staff are amazing.. lovely atmosphere and really friendly. Thank you so much for fitting me in at such short notice..    I came here for the first time at the weekend. Had a wash cut and blow dry, all the staff were lovely and the place itself was clean and really nice. Had my hair washed and that was really good. Explained what I wanted, I’m quite easy going with my hair and not to fussy. Asked for a light wispy fringe. As my hair was getting cut it was getting shorter and shorter, fine no problem. Then layers and layers were getting added which I actually didn’t ask for loads of layers I asked for a face shape layers. Then the fringe happened, I sat in the chair just hating the way I looked. I just felt all my confidence drain and just felt so embarrassed. I’m now wearing my hair up till it grows out more, I’ve tried styling it in certain ways to make it look better but I just can’t. I’m sorry but I will not be returning here.

   Absolutely amazing . My experience was at this salon surpassed any of my expectations. From the moment I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady my hairdresser Serena was a really nice and gave me an amazing haircut. I would definitely recommend this salon you are treated so well and the service is beyond amazing. This will be my regular salon definitely. I took my daughter to get her hair cut a few weeks later and she was treated amazingly and her hair cut was really good. My daughters words were "omg my hair feels amazingly Serena was so nice she was soo kind, look at my hair it looks amazing. " Thank you SapphireBlue for making her day. Will continue to visit.

   I had not been to the hairdressers for a good 2 years or more, Kerry was so helpful and we chatted about what we should do with my hair as it was so long! The salon is lovely, nice atmosphere and friendly. I got exactly what we discussed and Kerry explained to me as she was cutting what she was doing. I’m so pleased with the outcome.    Kerri has been doing my hair for years and always does an amazing job. i love having different things done to my hair and shes always very happy to meet my needs :) Also just started going to Laura for waxing and again very good job! Will def be returning for waxing. Its a beautiful salon as well, Kerri has done an amazing job and its suits her well. thanks girls!
