    Spoke to George. The Sofology 'King of Sales'. If you want the very highest level of service, along with superb knowledge and personalised information, ask for George. Probably, the greatest furniture Salesperson currently in the UK. Elisha, tip-top and very knowledgable. Local rival dull & bottom of league. Fantastic service throughout. Polly also high grade! Asset to your business. UPDATE 1. Now had furniture delivered, ahead of scheduled time. Sofology called before the delivery date, a friendly & professional lady, to confirm suitable date, then received SMS to allow me to track delivery on the day on a link to a map, after 4 hour window received. Driver called to say 15 mins away, then arrivied to fit and check. So, faultless and professional throughout. Premier league George and Team delivered at every stage of the buying process. As a Senior Sales Executive, this Team is second to noone! Keep checking in as any updates will appear here.

    NEXT UPDATE BELOW. I bought a showroom model. They said delivery would be a couple of weeks. Got a call saying it would be at least a further three weeks with no guarantee it would be available then. Didn't expect to have this happen and they only give 48hrs change of mind so your locked in. Shame as we were buying a whole set. I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THEY WOULD DELIVER BUT THEY DIDNT KNOW WHERE THE ARMCHAIR WAS. A week later I got a message they had found it in a different part of the country and it would have to be delivered back to a closer deliver hub. They said they will let me know when they have it and then able to book delivery. They dont know when. I did offer to collect when I bought it. I live close to the branch it came from and I could have picked up by car. They assured me it wouldnt be a problem. It is more than a problem. What condition it will be in now is concerning. Was suposed to be two weeks, six weeks on its further away and likely to take longer. I am going to buy from somewhere else. Lesson learnt, do not buy from Sofology UPDATE, three months later the chair arrived, yes some damage but working. I could have taken it hone when I bought it or ordered a new one but they have been shown to be awful at service so I would suggest try a different store. Bizarrely the customer service people did listen to the complaint and part refunded as goodwill. Would have rather just been able to take the chair three months back bit appreciate the money back as it gives me some confidence they will at least try to improve service rather than loose money.

    Fantastic customer service. Got the perfect sofa on a really good price. The lovely Polly showed us around. Fantastic Knowledge of all the products available. Please make sure that she gets any form of recognition. Will be back for our next sofa :)

    We visited Sofology Hove last week with our family. James was amazing, not pushy at all, gave us lots of time but also knew when to leave us to chat. He is extremely knowledgeable, very polite and has a great sense of humour! We looked at all the other sofa shops on the same site, and by far James and the range of sofas at Sofology were a reason to go back, which we did today. We made our selection, a 2 seater recliner with centre consul, and a 3 seater recliner. Again James was helpful, mindful of our requirements, and went through all aspects of our purchase from warranties to delivery. He remembered our names from the previous visit and the names of the 2 family members who weren't even with us this time round. The free swatches that arrived in a few days after our first visit are a really nice touch as the material looks very different in your home compared to in the shop. This may seem like a bit of a James review! But as such a pleasant sales person he was a huge reason why we continued to purchase with Sofology. Thank you James!

    DO NOT BUY. INCREDIBLY POOR AFTER-SALES SUPPORT - We received delivery of our Cordelia sofas in July 2022. Reported damage on the same day, and subsequently within a month had to also report that the fixed seat cushions felt limp, sloppy and we could feel the wooden frame underneath. Sofology rarely reply to emails and it’s difficult to speak to anyone in customer services. 6 months later the part arrived. Unfortunately when the engineer arrived he found Sofology ordered the wrong part. With regards to the sloppy cushions, he stated he would expect this of an old sofa, not a new one. No idea as to when this will be resolved. Official complaint raised. Not answered. We regret buying from this company.

    I have bought my sofa with George at the Hove store just after Christmas. The sofa arrived a month before the scheduled date. Whilst this is something most people would love and dream of, it was not practical for me as I was in between places and have ordered with the end date in mind. Customer service phoned to arrange the visit when I advised them about the date issue and that I couldn’t take the sofa just now. Sofology only holds the sofa for a max of 7 days. I was desperate! I then phoned the Hove store and spoke to Sarah, the manager. Sarah has promptly and swiftly found a solution for me. She was kind, caring and understanding. The order was not set with an β€œearliest delivery date” as no one ever thought it would arrive a month earlier! Sarah and George have honoured their commitment with me and I couldn’t be happier with their service and attention. Nicki from customer service was also a true gem! Thanks Sofology team, you have one happy loyal customer from now on!

    Polly was so patient and helpful showing us our candidate sofas and making certain we’d got the right one. Don’t buy online… go and try all the sofas you like, and let Polly and her incredibly helpful colleagues guide you.

    We ordered our sofa from Hove, in early Jan 2022. As a result we were given an approx delivery date of April (various dates), then May (various dates), then June and now it's apparently July 1st (which will change again I'm sure). If you are willing to wait "at least", 7 months then fine, if not (like us), I would keep well clear as you'll be given date after date after date. A company like this need to do much better with their customer orders and logistics, as we would never go near again.

    Visited the Hove showroom to purchase our new sofas. The whole experience from start to finish was faultless. Emma at the showroom was exceptional. Emma was extremely knowledgeable and her patience during ordering was much appreciated. Would definitely visit and purchase from Sofology again. Now for the hard bit! We Have to wait 9 weeks for our sofas to arrive but happy to wait as we know a quality product will be arriving.
