    My daughter visited the blossoms for a lash lift treatment, the treatment was over processed and my poor daughter’s lashes are ruined! When I contacted the salon on her behalf they offered a voucher instead of her money back….as if she’s going to consider coming back when her poor eyelashes are now falling out!! The attitude of the person I spoke to was as if I was the issue. This salon has gone down hill drastically. Please stop offering treatments that you can’t do properly or safely.

    Such a great experience. Absolutely love the results of my Botox and fillers. I felt totally at ease Arwen is so lovely and put me at ease when I was feeling nervous. Can’t wait to go back for my check up and to see what new procedures on offer at the new shop. Can’t recommend enough!

    Had my eyelashes tinted and lifted and my brows shaped and tinted. It was a very relaxing experience. Girl, (sorry didnt get your name) was very patient with me. They look fantastic. Definitely recommended. Hope you didnt forget your dad's card...lol

    I had my first ever lash and nails appointment today. I was so anxious about it, as its something I've wanted for a while but always put off. I went for Hybrid lashes, and Maddy did an incredible job. she was so warm and friendly, and put me at ease instantly. We had a good old chinwag and laugh which made me feel comfortable throughout. Maddy was so friendly, and did such an incredible job. I then had the lovely Rachel do My nails. I did present her with a challenge, and said she could also have free reign, but she was super determined to give me what I wanted. She was so friendly, funny and just a lovely person to have doing your nails. She was incredibly thorough, and I am beyond happy. All of the staff at Blossom are lovely, and so friendly and warm. I can't wait to go back and they've definitely converted me into the world of a little bit of self love. Thank you all for making my first experience the best. xx

    I just have to say how much I love coming to this Salon. All the staff are fantastic, very professional and the owner 'Arwen' is always so very polite and warm.

    I was meant to have the O2 laser... She completely messed up my hole in my week because I took it off from work walked out the place crying. She never gave me a pre paperwork or ran through anything with me and to the day. Upset all weekend because I took 3-weeks organising it all... Phoned up and left messages which no one ever got back to me. Only once what she didn't mention is that I was not allowed fake tan on the day. Which if I would have known I could have took it off the night before easily and then tried it again in the morning so that was not one little bit on me but no she didn't tell me this would be a problem. Her lack of communication and upfront paperwork has disgraced me. Now she has blocked me... So I can't make an appointment with her even though I was just about to pay her £700. I would never bother go and never again and I'd rather pay more than let someone that doesn't care about how people feel. She certainly no good at her job. Horrible woman.

    The best beauticians around! I have used a few beauticians for various things but the staff at Blossom are by far the very best. Kayleigh has been doing my lashes for a very long time now and is amazing at what she does. 15/10 for customer service!!! She the loveliest person and always goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. She is very professional, really knows her stuff and takes great care of me and updates me on my natural lashes. I really look forward to my appointments. I have been impressed by all of the staff at Blossom. If you are looking for professional beauticians who give fantastic results, take the very best care of their customers and are a joy to spend time with then this is the place to visit!
