   I would never want to go there again.The main lady is really horrible. They completely have no respect. Felt like sitting there crying. They just want you in and out as quick as possible... The nails had not being filed properly and just to top it off my toenails were terrible to they were all different sizes. I felt like I could not say nothing the shop. I would stay away if you want a bodge job. I had to go home and finish the job for them... Which took me ages to file them properly. Very upset "+((((((

   Kelly is amazing, my nails look beautiful & she is such a lovely person so it’s a pleasure to spend the time with her while she does my nails. The lady who works with Kelly is also awesome & again a lovely, friendly person who makes you feel so comfortable & relaxed. I couldn’t rate them more - I’ve had my nails done all over the country and even overseas but none of the places I’ve visited compare to Kelly ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Very rude person who answered the phone - took my booking and asked if I was going to turn up!!! I said of course I am , why else would I book an appointment!!!! She then phoned me after 5 minutes to say that there was already a booking fir that time and they hadn’t written it in - hie on earth can you run a business like this - very rude and no apology - would not recommend anyone to go here!!! I can’t believe the response from Orchid Nails - so unprofessional !!!!! Very rude.
