Very good experience at Divine, hair cut excellent. Parking could be a bit problematic but only been once so far.
My first time at this salon. The lady I had was Grace she done an absolutely amazing job of my hair and really took her time. She was a lovely person to talk to and got some tips of her about my hair. She was gentle whilst doing my hair whereas where I’ve been before they just pull me about. Yh it’s expensive but it’s worth it Will definitely be coming back

Although the staff were really friendly and hygiene was great (only reason for 1 star) I'm shocked with the outcome. Not enough time was taken to talk me through how it would look and I'm shocked to understand that the whole of the back of hair has been cut in a straight line which is not what I asked for and something I cant check until the end. In addition my boyfriend went to a hair appointment and came back with cuts on the back of his neck which was a shock!!! I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I'm actually really upset with how things turned out and I wanted to use this platform to provide some feedback to the company 1. Spend more time talking to client on what they want and what you going to do and how it's going look. Especially important as we are all out of practice going to the hairdresser. If you're removing a foot of hair double check that's right! Everything is muffled in masks as it is! 2. Refresher for some staff to avoid injuring clients and how to deal with this. She didn't even say anything. 3. Ask client if they are happy with the length no matter where the cut. Less conversation and small talk and more checking would be valuable.
I can’t speak highly enough of my Hairdresser at Divine Salon and that is Bliss Mixer. It has taken me a long time to put my trust in a hairdresser and that’s what I have with Bliss ‘Trust’. I don’t have the most manageable hair, and Bliss has worked wonders. She was also the first hairdresser I allowed to cut my hair into a bob and that says a lot. I am pleased to say I now class her as a friend and Confidante, as well as my hairdresser. Thank you for putting up with me. Love this Salon so much. So friendly and relaxing. X
Great place - Kate (new manageress) is a lovely lady and has improved the place since she took it over. Katie my stylist is wonderful and best of all it's right on my door step! Fab!!!
