   What a lovely surprise! We just moved here and needed a haircut. Thankfully it was a brilliant experience. My daughter has super thick hair, so it's a challenge. But she was treated with respect. We chatted to the hairdresser ( sorry I forgot your name ) who was absolutely charming. Even better still, the prices are fantastic! Guess what? They have a beauty palour too, so you can get your nails done , or a wax as well. Give them a go. You won't be disappointed

   I visit the MRD mainly for pedicure appointments and the occasional sunbed. Charlotte, Emily and Katie have all looked after me by now. They are all very friendly and make me feel cared for. It's so convinient to have this salon in the area for whatever treatment you might need!

   I can not rate Kate enough, I have never been able to grow my own nails until now, after only two appointments I now have my own long and very strong nails. I am so pleased and now my mum goes and is going to achieve the same, I also have my lashes done and they last ages, the best nails and lashes in the Mulbarton and surrounding areas by far !!!

   I was intending to use Katie for my wedding day. I had a trial pre-covid and paid a deposit. I loved the date and Katie offered me my deposit back but I decided not to take it as I still wanted to use her services. I have since tried to contact Katie via every communication method available to be over the course of more than a year. She has completely ignored me. I have no idea why so I can only assume she does not intend to do my hair for my wedding. I asked for my deposit back recently and again have been completely ignored. I have waited for a long time to leave this review as I wanted to give Katie the benefit of the doubt. I find ignoring a client totally unprofessional, disappointing and rude. I am baffled and am arranging an alternative hair stylist.
