Kirsty is amazing from the minute you walk in the salon you feel special. I've been a client for over two years and Kirsty rescued me from a realky bad gaicut experience. She is a true professional and a quality stylist and if you haven't visited her salon you need too . It's warm friendly and the decor is wonderful with her artistic touch to the four season but above all my hair has never felt so good she always listens and does exactly what I ask from colour to cut she is simply ANAZING !
This is my happy place. Kirsty is the best hairdresser I have had. I have been here now for many years. She does exactly what you ask and goes out of her way to accommodate you. I have never ever left being unhappy. I wouldn’t know what to do or where to go as she goes out of her way to make your experience in the salon perfect. I spring. Things on her at the last minute and she never say no. Not many would do that. I would truly be lost without her and her salon
I have been coming to Kirsty’s salon for several years after losing confidence in previous hairdressers. In short she is brilliant. She listened to me carefully with what I wanted to achieve with my hair colour and over the years has continued to tweak and improve my hair condition and colour. All her suggestions have been spot on and she really understands hair types and takes time to explain what she is going do. Of note, for anyone noise sensitive, I used to leave previous salons with my head spinning due to the volume of noise of dryers and hairdressers shouting over the top. This salon is quiet and peaceful and a relaxing pleasant experience. In addition Kirsty is a lovely, smiley person who immediately makes you feel comfortable if you are a bit shy. I highly recommend it and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I highly recommend this salon. Kirsty is very helpful and friendly. I am absolutely thrilled with my new hair! I have been to see her twice. The first time was for a haircut. Even though she was fully booked, she put me on her waitlist and contacted me when she had a cancellation. The second time was to correct my hair colour, which I've been dyeing at home for several years. I am very pleased with the final result. She really took the time to discuss all the various shades of blonde. Even when I popped in to book the appointment she spent time with me to discuss my hair. I will definitely be a return client!
Ive been going to Kirsty to get my hair done by her for 7 years now. She managed to make a very bad haircut from my previous hairdresser into a style then guided me to help me get it into the style I wanted Kirsty has a wealth of skills and knowledge and is always willing to take time explaining what she is doing and offer advice when asked. I can honsetly say I have never left her salon disappointed. Saturday was no exception with a new colour and style, I was absolutely delighted. When you go to Kirsty's Salon she is not just a fabulous hairdresser she is the perfect hostess and has customer care perfected. to a fine art. She has a range of products all vegan and vegetarian friendly that she uses in her salon, but also sells them. She will make up a gift of fabulus products of your chice in a package. This is perfect for the person who likes good quality hair products but wont treat themselves to them or your vegan or vegetarian loved one. For those lengthy appointments you will be offered a range of refreshments, hot and cold, again suitable for vegan and vegetarians, and her slection I have to say, puts most cafes to shame! Refreshements are served on a dainty tray with biscuits, if your having tea it comes in an indidual tea pot and milk jug and she does not charge for this like some salons I know. On those rainy days where you leave the salon and its raining she has unbrellas that she will loan you - this I feel goes above and beyond custoer care and certainly has been appreciated by me a few times. I could not recommend Kirsty highly enough shes simply the most amazing hairdrsser who I trust implicitly and for me that says allot having had a few bad experiences in salons over the years. Thank you Kirsty yet again for an amazing new colour and style.
After a lockdown home hair disaster I went to Kirsty who did a brilliant job at getting my style back on track! She has put so much thought and effort into working on restoring the style. Super friendly and helpful service that I would highly recommend! Very professional and talented lady! Thank you
kirsty is extremely rough when shampooing and its got worse over time, like I'm being continuously punched on the right side of my head. I wasn't happy with my haircut, she didn't listen to what I wanted and so cut the front far too short. And nearly 5 hours is too long to sit in a chair to have high lights and a trim. I was rudely spoken to when i was told I wasn't supporting the salon because I didn't purchase my hair products from her. Well I will not support the salon anymore as I will not be returning. I do not recommend.
