Ordered a bed and mattress online from them. Delivery drivers were appalling. Went to the wrong address. Then when they finally found it, they then expected me to help them unload the lorry which is not you pay for! Had no respect for my home and wore shoes on my new carpet. Then I found out I had been given the wrong mattress (brand and size)! Now have to sleep on the floor for another month while waiting for a new one. Took day off work for this delivery and have to take another day off for replacement. No compensation from customer services for the inconvenience! They even sent the mattress to my old address so had to call again! Then the cherry on top was finding out there were no tools and screws supplied to set up the bed frame! Had to call customer services again! Honestly a joke.

Awful! Delivery drivers refused to deliver leaving my 34 week pregnant partner and I without a bed. Swearing at her and just leaving without telling her what was happening. Absolutely disgraceful service. The whole ordeal was so stressful we had to got to hospital and check on the baby. And still we have no bed. They have arranged delivery for today, the day after, promising 7am - 9am and still no sign! Between us with have lost two days work. A night at the hospital. And no sleep. Oh and still no bed. Hopefully Bensons as a company will sort out suitable compensation for this horrific ordeal!

Total joke of a company ordered 3 beds and mattresses in september 2022 with a delivery date of november the 27th. This was cancelled 3 days before until January the 5th. On the third of January this was again cancelled until February the 7th. After several calls this week they can still not say if they are going to turn up. We paid in full at the time and have been offered out £30 “ premium delivery back !!! Useless customer care do not order a bed from bensons !!

The delivery was very late, cancelled on the day first time. Only got rearranged after contacting the store 3 times, although they were trying to be helpful 3 times. I asked for my old mattress to be taken away for the inconvenience no such offer given or any kind of offer to off set the inconvenience.

Firstly the delivery drivers arrived at 10.30 and did not have our bed. They told me they would return between 12.00 and then 12.30 then finally at 13.00 and would ring me 30 minutes before arrival. This did not happen, despite my ringing them at least 4 times to find out what was occurring. At around 14.30 I rang the worthing office and Scott answered, of course he had no information but was very helpful in trying to solve the problem by ringing the warehouse. At around 17.00 the warehouse rang me explaining a new truck with my bed would arrive between 18.30 and 19.00, which it finally did. The two gentlemen were very helpful and good at their job despite it raining very heavily, however, the promised mattress protector was not present. For us, it totally ruined our experience, and wasted a whole day waiting for the bed. We were really very worried that it might not even arrive.

Unacceptable! We paid for a new mattress in February, and was told that it would take 6 weeks to be delivered! (that's already a long time to wait) On the day of delivery, we received a message saying that the mattress can not be found in the warehouse, and that the delivery is cancelled. After calling customer services, we are told that we would have to wait till the 13th of April for our re-delivery... Why?! The staff are obviously lovely in store. But this is unacceptable that we have to wait 3 months for one mattress... Unless it is made from rare himalayan alpaca infused goat wool, but I doubt it.

I was kept informed of delivery day and then informed of time slot Sent a link to track delivery, they also phoned me to advise what time they would arrive. When they dis i was impressed with how friendly and polite both of them where, it left like a personally service from start to finish.
