   We are thrilled with the product. It’s so gorgeous. We opted for the brown European oak. Lauren at the workshop was extremely helpful, sent me pictures throughout the process, and provided me with the best level of service I have ever experienced. The product arrived very well packaged and fitted our carcasses like a glove! (we had Howdens carcasses). You can add that point of difference and originality to your kitchen by choosing custom fronts. It's a no-brainer.

   Custom Fronts are a great company! I bought my kitchen doors from them and am super happy. Amazing quality and detail. I love the routed handles and the finish on the wood veneer. Communication with the team was really good. They managed to add a couple of things to my order later on that I had forgotten. They are always happy to explain and help out and their products are so elegant. I am already planning my next order with them when we do up my partner’s kitchen. You can tell their heart is in it. I can highly recommend them!

   Really happy with the end result. There was a little bit of chasing required in the early stages, but once we were through to the factory the service was much better. The attention to detail and quality was excellent and Lauren went above and beyond in the factory to get our order how we wanted it and on time. My only slight recommendation would be to sticker the side of the panel that is the 'good' side as my carpenter installed a few the wrong way. A simple thing that would mean it's not left to personal choice and the correct side is always used.

   We absolutely love our new custom fronts. They have completely transformed our kitchen into something really special and are exactly how I imagined they would be. The quality is lovely. All the trades working on our job have commented on how good they are. As a few others have commented, lead times are long but that’s because of supply chain and is the same with all materials at the moment. They are totally worth the wait and once our materials arrived communication from Lauren was amazing. She sent lots of pictures of them in the workshop and messaged or called with any questions to ensure we got exactly what we wanted Thank you!

   Custom Fronts are great to deal with and have a terrific business model. We were very happy with our kitchen and delivery time but then after 18 months the colour started fading. The 5 stars is for the response. We got in touch with them more in hope than expectation, expecting to be fobbed off with ‘oh it’s the sunlight’ or something but the team immediately came all the way to London to review the issue, took full responsibility and replaced every panel in our kitchen, basically creating our kitchen from scratch! So impressed with the customer service plus the kitchen now looks top quality. Would recommend highly!

   Custom fronts have been brilliant from start to finish manufacturing our beautiful bamboo kitchen fronts. It took slightly longer for delivery but this was because custom fronts want to source the best possible materials. Delivery was made by one of the directors and you really felt like you were receiving a personal service from people that are passionate about the end product and manufacturing process. There has been plenty of follow up emails and messages to help with install and after care. Very happy. Jeff North Devon

   I am an architect and used Custom Fronts for a recent project in London. I found the customer service and final product to be fantastic, one panel was slightly damaged on delivery but the issue was resolved very quickly. I have read a few other reviews and the discussions about delivery times are a little unfair considering Covid had a huge impact on all construction materials, even now. I am considering using Custom Fronts on my own house refurbishment.

   I love my custom fronts! The quality of the product is beautiful and the care and workmanship really shows. I’ve had multiple builders comment on the quality of the finish and the gorgeous recessed handles. Not only is the product top quality, Lauren and Ian were friendly, attentive and happy to problem solve, and every experience with the team - Lauren’s customer service, Ian’s knowledge, Merv’s friendly face when dropping off the deliveries, was wonderful. They went above and beyond to answer questions and they made a stressful project that much easier. Thank you, thank you!
